Hapkido class starts March 1, 2010

The interest is high and many of you have patiently waited so at long last I am please to announce our hapkido only class at Chung's Tae Kwon Do Institute in Palmer, AK is beginning March 1, 2010. This is a class dedicated to self-defense for every age and skill level however unlike the taekwondo requirements, there are no poomse (forms) to learn! Membership in the World Hapkido Association and a hapkido dobok are mandatory and martial arts shoes are strongly recommended. All are available here at Chung's. We look forward to seeing you there!
